SummerT.I.M.E. will provide K-12 students with fun filled exciting, hands-on experiences using science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).   STEM experiences are week long sessions that occur Monday through Thursday from 9am- 2pm. These experiences are designed to build interest, knowledge, and technical skills students can build on and take with them into the classroom and into future careers. In addition, the SummerT.I.M.E. experience will provide students with the opportunity to develop skills employers and colleges are currently looking for in STEM literate individuals such as innovation, creativity, and systematic problem solving.  In addition to providing high quality STEM experiences to Clayton County Public School students, the SummerT.I.M.E. program also offers summer employment to Clayton County Public School teachers while partnering with well-established STEM-driven organizations. Clayton County Public Schools will provide exceptional training to the teaching staff that includes STEM curriculums and teaching methodologies that can be applied in the classroom.
Students:  To participate in any of our SummerT.I.M.E. experiences, it is required that each student completes an online application.   Applications can be accessed through Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  The link has been provided below.  The deadline to complete the application is April 1, 2018.  Late applications will not be accepted.  All participants in the SummerT.I.M.E. program will be selected through a lottery system.  If assistance is needed in completing the online application, please contact your school’s parent liaison or Clayton County Public Schools International Center.
